The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

1. General Information
33 Bedford Row Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 02768442 . The registered office is 33 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4JH.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Turnover
Turnover represents management charges receivable for the provision of services net of value added taxes.
2.3. Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives on the following bases:
Plant & Machinery 10% straight line
Fixtures & Fittings 20% reducing balance

8. Related Party Transactions
The company's directors, who are also the directors of Thomas Bingham Chambers Limited, have in a meeting, approved the write back of the balance that 33 Bedford Row Limited owes to Thomas Bingham Chambers Limited as at 31 July 2025. This loan write back has been reflected in the company's Profit & Loss Account. 
9. Shareholding arrangements
The Directors remain concerned that the current shareholding arrangements for the Company no longer represent the membership of Chambers and need to be updated and revised. The Directors would invite anyone who believes they are a shareholder, or are entitled to be a shareholder, to contact Chambers to ensure that their address and contact details are up to date. A general meeting of the Company to consider the position in relation to the Company’s shareholders and to consider changes to share structure is likely to take place within the next twelve months following the date of approval of these accounts.
