Included within current assets are balances relating to directors' loan accounts as follows:
A Fieldhouse: £6,667 (2024: £1,716 creditor). During the year advancements of £8,384 were made and repayments of £1. All advances were made on an interest free basis.
S Tomkinson: £2,195 (2024: £4,292 creditor). During the year advancements of £6,487 were made and repayments of £nil. All advances were made on an interest free basis.
Also included within current assets is a balance relating to non-director shareholder who is connected to one of the directors (S Tomkinson): £4,021 (2024: £2,751). During the year advancements of £2,013 were made and repayments of £743. All advances were made on an interest free basis.

For the year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
