1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Going concern
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain assets.

These accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis, on the understanding that the directors and shareholders will continue to financially support the company during uncertain period.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Plant and machinery etc - 33% on cost and 25% on reducing balance

Included under creditors over one year is an amount of £239,206 (2024- £585,706) relates to the balance of monies owed to the directors representing balance of monies invested in the company from their own and family reserves. Included in rental income is an amount of £22,000 charged to Beekeeping Supplies LTD, a company under the control of the directors of Buzz Property LTD. Rental income is charged on arm's-length basis.

Also, included under other creditors within one year is an amount of £12,377 owed to Beekeeping supplies LTD a company under the same control as Buzz Property LTD.
