The directors acknowledge that these financial statements are being filed significantly past their due date. The reason for this is the poor service by the previous accountants and property management company, with the directors having been chasing financial information from them which took a long time to be supplied. The directors have now appointed new property management agents and accountants in order to ensure that these issues do not arise in the future.
