The Company reported a significant loss for the year, primarily attributable to the temporary closure of
the restaurant from 15 October 2024 to 23 March 2025 due to renovation works undertaken by
Transport for London (TFL). During this period, the business continued to incur fixed overheads,
including rent, salaries, and other premises-related expenses. The assessment of potential
compensation remains ongoing and will be recognised when the outcome becomes sufficiently certain.
