Directors advances, credits and guarantees
Included within Current Assets is an amount due from directors of £114,010. The loans are unsecured with interest charged at 3%pa.
Additional Disclosures
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The company has net liabilities at the balance sheet date, including overdrawn directors’ loan accounts of £114,010. The directors have confirmed that they will continue to provide financial support to the company for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. On the basis of these representations, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
