Over the period from August 2024 to July 2025, the company has delivered a strong year of activity aligned with its community interest objectives. Our flagship annual festival was successfully delivered, attracting a diverse audience and demonstrating measurable progress in environmental responsibility. We implemented a range of green initiatives, including waste reduction measures, improved recycling systems, and the promotion of sustainable transport options. These efforts contributed to a significant reduction in the event’s environmental footprint and reinforced our commitment to operating in a responsible and forward-thinking manner. In addition to environmental outcomes, the festival generated meaningful social value. We continued our commitment to charitable giving by allocating a portion of proceeds to local causes, supporting organisations that address community needs and wellbeing. The event also provided a vibrant platform for the local arts scene, with a particular emphasis on inclusive participation. We hosted a wide range of creative workshops and activities, including children’s crafts, which encouraged engagement from families and young people while supporting local artists, makers, and facilitators. The company also contributed positively to the local economy by drawing visitors from across the UK, increasing footfall and spend within the surrounding area. This influx of tourism provided tangible benefits to local businesses, including hospitality, retail, and accommodation providers. Overall, the year reflects a balanced and impactful performance, combining environmental responsibility, community engagement, cultural enrichment, and economic contribution in line with the company’s stated mission.
Our stakeholders are Emily James and Fiona Steel. They are countersignatures on the business accounts. We had a meeting with our stakeholders and informed them of our intentions to complete a large scale event in the wake of our son recovery from heart surgery which they were happy to support. They have been consulted on some of the social issues that our business should aim to tackle and promote, providing a wealth of guidance and opinions on the running of the business there on in. They are happy to be involved moving forward.
