1 Statutory information

2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
At the balance sheet date the company owes £3,441.16 to the Director which is interest free loan to the company.
3 Average number of employees

For the year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
