During the year, the company made advances to the director. At the balance sheet date, the amount owed by the director to the company was £45,422. The loan was unsecured and repayable on demand. Interest was charged on the loan during the year at the following rates:

• 3.75% from 6 April 2025 to 30 June 2025

The total interest charged to the director during the year amounted to £322.
The amount outstanding at the balance sheet date was repaid in full within nine months of the year end.
