Capital contribution reserve
Assets and liabilities of Biddestone Cricket Club transferred to Biddestone Cricket Club Ltd (Company No. 15895894) on 1 October 2024 upon incorporation, at book value as at 30 September 2024. The transfer represents the net assets of the predecessor Community Amateur Sports Club, comprising fixed assets, cash, debtors and liabilities totalling £45,479.
