During the financial year, the company delivered a range of activities that had a positive impact on the local community, particularly young people. We provided practical support by helping many young people create and improve their CVs, increasing their confidence and employability. We also delivered workshops focused on raising awareness of hate crime, including how to recognise it and how to report it safely. These sessions helped empower participants with knowledge and confidence to respond to such issues. In addition, we organised cooking workshops, giving young people the opportunity to learn essential life skills, improve their independence, and promote healthy living. Furthermore, we supported young people in accessing employment by assisting them in finding part-time job opportunities, helping them take important steps towards financial independence and career development. Overall, these activities have contributed to building skills, confidence, and awareness among young people in the community.
