8. CONTROLLING PARTY

The company was controlled throughout this year and the last by one of the directors, Mr J B Mackay, by virtue of his holding of 100% of the issued share capital.

9. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

At times during the year and the previous year, the company advanced monies to one of the directors, Mr J B Mackay. Such advances are repayable on demand, and interest is charged at a normal commercial rate. The maximum amount advanced during the year was £36,138 (2024 : £62,830) and the amount owed by the director to the company at the balance sheet date was £nil (2024 : £nil).
