Director's benefits: advances, credit and guarantees
The director had a loan from the company during the period. The balance owed to the company at the start of the period was £417,744. During the year further amounts were advanced to the director and dividends due to the director were credited. The net further advances for the period amounted to £179,366. Interest charged on the overdrawn balance was calculated at a rate of 2.25% to 31 March 2025 and 3.75% thereafter. The total interest charged for the period amounted to £18,462. At 30 September 2025, the total amount owed to the company was £615,572.

Post Balance Sheet Event
Subsequent to the balance sheet date, the company ceased trading activity and negotiated the disposal of its client base, including rights and entitlements to all customers. Following this disposal, the director has made plans to settle all outstanding liabilities of the company before commencing procedures to wind the company up, during which procedure, the outstanding director's loan account will be settled by offset against capital distributions.

Jacdannica Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Lancaster House, 87 Yarmouth Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR7 0HF.
For the period ended 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime', and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The director of the company has elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.true
