Advances

An advance for a loan was made to the directors over the year, with the balance at 31 July 2025 being £107,717 (at interest rate of 2.25%, and then 3.75% from 6th April 2025). There are no conditions on the loan . £0 has been repaid, £0 has been written off, and £0 has been waived.

For the financial year ending 31 July 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
