The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention. |

Freehold property |
|
|
Per the completion statement dated 17 December 2014, the Company purchased freehold of 70 Addison Road London W14 at a cost of £3,635,559. This was financed by the issue of loan notes to the 12 shareholders at the same value in aggregate. The loan notes are interest free with no fixed date for repayment. Subsequent to the purchase of the freehold, long leases were granted to the lessees. As a result, neither the purchase price of the freehold nor the value of the loan notes are reflected in the balance sheet of the company. |
