During the year, the director, Olivia Outred, advanced a further £7,521.26 to the company by way of a director's loan. At the year end, the company owed Olivia Outred £12,392.17 (2024: £4,870.91). The loan is non-interest bearing and repayable on demand.
For the year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
