At the time of approving the financial statements, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The director has agreed to support the company for the next 12 months.

Following a change in accounting policy, kitchenwares for hire have been reclassified from stock to fixed assets, and depreciated on a 25% reducing balance basis. As a result of this material change in policy, the 2023 and 2024 figures have been restated as follows.

Fixed Assets have increased by £171,914 as at 1 August 2023 and by £202,450 at 31 July 2024. Stock has decreased by £232,280 as at 1 August 2023 and by £350,421 at 31 July 2024. The aggregate of the above has decreased the profit and loss reserve by £60,366 at 1 August 2023 and £147,971 at 31 July 2024.
