Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to

Director's advances, credits and guarantees
As at 1 August 2024 the company owed the director £7,623 (1 August 2023 - £3,678), during the year the director paid expenses on behalf of the company of £4,571 (2024 - £5,732), payments were made to the director of £2,877 (2023 - £1,787). As at 31 July 2025 the company owed the director £9,317 (2024 - £7,623).

Going concern
At the year end the company balance sheet is in deficit. The director has confirmed ongoing support for the company via the directors loan account until the company is able to trade profitably.
For the year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476
