Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.
Estimates
During the year the company revised the estimated useful economic life of its properties, resulting in a change in depreciation rates from 10% to 1%. The effect of this has been recognised in the current period.

Related party transactions |
Included in creditors is a loan of £655,124 (2024 - £655,124) owed to Parker Electrical (Environmental) Limited, a company wholly-owned by the directors of this company, and whose directors are the directors of this company. No interest is charged on this loan and it is repayable on demand.
These financial accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
For the financial year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
