Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

Company activities and impact

Unicycleworld C.I.C. provided unicycle coaching by qualified instructors to introduce members of the local community to unicycling and develop their skills. The company also set up,organised and ran various unicycle events for the local and wider UK unicycle community. Thisallowed the attendees to practise their unicycle skills, meet other unicyclists and share their experiences and skills. These events were free or low-cost to ensure maximum outreach.

Consultation with stakeholders

Stakeholders of the company’s activities are unicyclists in the UK and those wishing tobecome so. Unicycleworld C.I.C. has consulted their stakeholders by conducting an onlinesurvey to gather feedback on the Milton Keynes Unicycle Convention. Furthermore, our coaches have had informal conversations with other unicyclists about activities of their interest at events and courses.

Directors' remuneration

In the tax year ending 31st July 2025, £80 was paid to Edmund Hawkes on 5th September 2024.
