The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 2).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company provided the directors with an interest free loan of £90,345.88 (2024 - £55,519.14) of which £6,396.09 (2024 - £98,195.15) was repaid, with the residual balance of £12,495.78 (2024 - £-71,454.01) outstanding at the year end. This loan is unsecured, repayable on demand and shown under Current Assets.
Capital Commitments
Included in the balance sheet are creditors totaling £56,176.36 (2004 £0) that have been secured against assets with a net book value in the accounts of £57,098.78 (2024 £0).
Additional Disclosures
The financial statements are prepared in Sterling, which is the functional currency of the entity.
