Attended multiple regional economic development boards, business consultations and events to speak on behalf of local businesses in the city to be a voice for them in matters of policy both local and national. Championed businesses in Gloucester in local media coverage and televised reports and events. Worked to create a network of businesses and a central online directory Promoted local businesses on social media campaigns and business spotlights to advertise and improve their reach and exposure to potential customers. Hosted events and meetings with businesses to discuss problems being faced and solutions that can be implemented Sharing consultations and surveys with local businesses to gauge opinions and insights

Consultation with stakeholders

Consultation with stake holders included regular meetings with local businesses to discuss concerns and issues being faced by the business community in Gloucester. Fed into local and national government bodies to develop and forward the interest and concerns of local businesses Met with other business organisation in the city and county to understand how we can work together going forward Met with real estate developers and City Council to discuss the extensive regeneration of the city to affirm that the developments taking place benefit businesses in the city
