Company activities and impact

Meridian Supported Living CIC continued to deliver supported accommodation and housing-related support to vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or crisis situations. Our core activity is the provision of safe, stable accommodation combined with tailored support designed to address the complex needs of our residents. We work with individuals who may face multiple challenges, including mental health issues, substance misuse, financial hardship, and social exclusion. Alongside accommodation, we provide structured support to help individuals stabilise their circumstances and move towards independent living. This includes assistance with accessing welfare benefits, engagement with health and social care services, support into education, training and employment, and guidance in securing long-term housing solutions. Throughout the year, we have supported a significant number of individuals to move on from temporary or supported accommodation into more secure and sustainable housing. Our person-centred approach aims to empower individuals, improve wellbeing, and reduce the risk of repeat homelessness. Our activities continue to deliver a positive impact on the wider community by reducing pressure on local authority services, supporting social inclusion, and enabling vulnerable adults to rebuild their lives in a safe and supportive environment.
