Principal activities of the company

The director presents this report for the accounting period ending March 31st 2026. The company was dormant throughout the accounting period and did not trade or carry out any commercial or charitable activity during the year due to existing commitments of the director and the lack of successful funding applications. The principal activity of the company is the organisation and delivery of community-focused arts events. The company intends to commence activities later in the current financial year and is preparing to apply for funding from Arts Council England and other local bodies in order to produce these events. We will apply for funding from the Arts Council and other local bodies in order to produce these events in the coming financial year.
