Company activities and impact

The company took clients out kayaking on multiple days from Feb 25 through April 25 at which point I was signed off sick until 18/04/2026. Today I attended Business Gateways class and made new contacts that could be clients/volunteers in future. I have attended a 1-1 meeting with a business gateway advisor and made further enquires with social enterprise academy and esen. Currently supporting 1 homeless neurodivergent into work and with accomodation. Previously There was days at the climbing walls learning techniques to progress independently. Support given for gaining disability benefits for 2 clients. 4 homeless autistic youths housed and referred Volunteers recruited with skills beyond mine. In progress. Trail cycle skills with 1 client Multiple kayaking days at Wardie bay and Portobello beach/various lochs around scotland.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are the clients who will use the national/global hubs. I have spoken with many potential clients and have a list of enterprise space users already. There is a continuous need for homeless support of which a very high percentage are neurodivergent, I have spoken with other charities about potential collaboration.

Directors' remuneration

The CiC received a donation of £5000. This has been used to run activity days. As a multi activity instructor I am paid £50ph for my work. I am limited in what I can do so work a max of 25 hours per week. The amounts I was paid from Viva Life in 2025 according to my statements are as follows £200 on 14th April £315 on 4th April £500 on 3rd April £420 on 14th March £280 on 5th March £390 on 13th February £255 on 11th February £1500 on 10th February Viva Life received a match donation of £5000 in March 2026. Due to unforeseen circumstances I have been signed off sick until this month (April 2026) Since work commenced I have received £400 on 13th April 2026 £450 on 14th April 2026 A £1000 donation on 20th April 2026
