Transactions with the Director

During the year the company was owed £222,690 from Scott Howard Properties Ltd a company owned by Scott R Appleton. No payments were made or interest charged.

Related Party Transactions.

During the year ended 30 April 2023, the company announced the death of Mr Neil H Appleton, the brother of the director. Mr Neil Appleton's estate owes the company £222,804 which is the subject of ongoing discussions with the executors of Mr Appleton's estate. No repayments were received or interest charged.

Abletry Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Plough Cottage, 9 Red Pit, Dilton Marsh, Westbury, Wiltshire, BA13 4BJ.

For the year ended 30 April 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
