Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

• 1. Accounting policies

  Basis of measurement and preparation

  These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

  Turnover policy

  Turnover is derived from the principal activity of company and consists of ground rents and other sundry income.

  Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

  No depreciation is provided in respect of freehold land and buildings since, in the opinion of the directors, the net realisable value of the freehold interest is greater than its cost.

  Other accounting policies

  Basis of preparing financial statements These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section1A 2smallEntities"of Financial Reporting Standard 102"The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. Taxation Tax for the year comprises current tax. Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.
