The company has received an interest free loan of £1,194,482 (2024 £1,063,546) from RTK Grab Hire Limited, a company in which JF Bottomley and LE Kay are directors and shareholders and an interest free loan of £24,858 (2024 £25,358) from JF Bottomley.

Creditors include a bank loan of £593,221 (2024 £148,829), which is secured by a fixed and floating charge covering all the property and undertaking of the company.
