Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, we delivered a range of community focused programmes designed to support children, young people and families across Birmingham, with particular focus on the B12, B24 and B34 area. Activities included school based enrichment, holiday provision, food support initiatives, and community engagement projects aimed at improving well being, reducing isolation and increasing access to positive opportunities Our Holiday activities and food (HAF) programmes, providing structured sessions, physical activity, creative learning and nutritious meals. We support families experiencing hardship through the distribution of food parcels, snacks and meals in partnership with local schools and community organisations. All services were delivered in line with safeguarding, inclusion, and operational compliance requirements. Funds received during the year was reinvested into expanding provision, improving resources and strengthening support for vulnerable families. The company's activities provided clear community benefit, evidenced through strong attendance, positive feedback and continued demand from schools and families
