The company provides online Islamic Studies tuition, focusing on delivering affordable, accessible one-to-one lessons to children and adults across the UK. During the financial year, the company’s activities have benefited the community in the following ways: - Students (particularly those in areas with limited access to local mosques or Madrasah facilities) have been able to receive consistent and structured Islamic curriculum from home - Families have benefited from flexible lesson scheduling, allowing children to maintain regular learning alongside school and other commitments - students have improved their Quran recitation, memorisation, and understanding of core Islamic teachings through personalised support - The company has supported parents by providing visibility into their child’s progress and encouraging engagement in their learning - The organisation has maintained affordability to ensure access to Islamic education for a wider range of households despite limited financial resources
The company’s key stakeholders include parents, students, and tutors who engage with The Quran Hub through its online educational services. The directors have developed the service model through ongoing interaction and feedback from these groups, ensuring the organisation remains responsive to the needs of the community it serves. Stakeholders are consulted informally through regular communication, including onboarding discussions, lesson feedback, and ongoing WhatsApp and email correspondence. Parents are encouraged to share feedback on their child’s progress, lesson structure, and tutor performance, while tutors provide insights into student engagement and learning needs. This continuous feedback process has enabled the company to make practical improvements, such as refining lesson structures, improving tutor-student matching, and enhancing communication processes with parents. As a result, the service remains flexible, personalised, and better aligned with students' educational and developmental needs.
