Additional Disclosures
Events After the Reporting Period After the reporting date, the Company deployed seed capital totalling £20,000,000 into a series of property development projects forming part of a major mixed-use regeneration scheme with a projected Gross Development Value of approximately £750,000,000 upon completion. This deployment represents a strategic step in the execution of the Company's stated investment mandate and is expected to contribute to the Company's revenue and asset base in future reporting periods. The Directors have classified this as a non-adjusting event under FRS 102 Section 32 and, accordingly, the financial statements for the period ended [insert year-end date] have not been adjusted to reflect the commitment. The Directors are satisfied that this event does not give rise to any material uncertainty regarding the going concern basis of preparation.
