COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

SOUTH TYNESIDE ACADEMY OF MUSICAL PERFORMANCE COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY

Company Number: 05880668 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 July 2025

Company activities and impact

Our move to the new studio, once again been a very successful year with our three groups. We have not been able to access any grants within this tax year. Our 3 to 5 year olds continue to grow, and have had to put in waiting lists for membership for our other groups also. We continue to work with local charities and we have been able to return and perform shows at Brinkburn CIO, again we continue to work along side the CIO to save their position to continue to supply a venue to help the other community groups that use it centre since the demise of council funding this is a constant battle which we support. Once again out summer school was led and delivered by members themselves being mentored by staff members. This had been a great way for members to take ownership of performances. We now have summer schools for the youngest member of our group. We continue to give access to let other voluntary groups use our equipment and expertise.

Consultation with stakeholders

Again our stake holder are our members and they have added to the group immensely, they are involved in the decision making process in regards to performances. We continue to involve the parents in regards their children’s participation.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was received

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
