Director's advances, credits and guarantees
During the period the directors loan account was overdrawn and the maximum outstanding during the year was £1,463. On the balance sheet date the amount outstanding was £

. This amount has been repaid since the balance sheet date.
For the period ending 31 May 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
