Principal activities of the company

The principal activity of Glow Infusions Ltd during the year was the importation, distribution, and sale of dried food products sourced from Nigeria to customers within the United Kingdom market. The company supplies a range of African food products primarily to butchers, retailers, and other food businesses, who subsequently sell the products to end consumers. The company also operates through its subsidiary, Emeka’s Glow Foods, which supports the distribution and trading activities of African foodstuffs within the UK. The first director and founder of the company was responsible for establishing the business and overseeing its operations, including supplier relationships, import coordination, compliance, sales, and customer management. During the financial year, the company continued to focus on expanding its customer base, maintaining product quality, and strengthening its presence within the African food supply market in the United Kingdom.
