During the financial year 2024-2025, the company focused on a foundational setup phase and did not engage in trading activities. The primary focus was on the following: Strategic Planning: The company undertook strategic mapping to identify the specific operational needs of non-profit organisations and social enterprises in the UK. Infrastructure Development: Significant time was invested in developing the technical architecture and content strategy for the company’s digital portal Operational Readiness: The directors focused on establishing the framework for future leadership development and operational support services to ensure maximum social impact upon launch. Stakeholder Research: Research was conducted into best practices for non-profit management to ensure our future services are tailored to the unique needs of purpose-driven organisations.
During this initial setup and dormant period, the directors have consulted with one another and potential partner organisations to define the core service offering of the portal. This included identifying the most critical operational gaps within small non-profit organisations to ensure our future management consultancy services are effective and mission-aligned
