The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0.
Additional Disclosures
Cessation of Trading and Winding Down of the Company The company ceased trading on 31 December 2025. The director has resolved to wind down the company and intends to apply for voluntary strike-off pursuant to section 1003 of the Companies Act 2006. No further trading activity is anticipated. As a consequence, these financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors consider that the net realisable value of the company's assets is not materially different from their carrying value, and accordingly no adjustments have been made to the carrying values of assets and liabilities as a result of this change in basis of preparation. All liabilities of the company, including any outstanding tax liabilities, will be settled in full prior to the submission of the striking-off application. Any remaining distributable reserves will be distributed to the shareholder(s) in accordance with the company's articles of association prior to dissolution, subject to the relevant de minimis threshold for capital treatment.
