Advances

The Directors loan account is repayable on demand and interest is charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 February 2025, the balance owed by the director was £nil. There were no advances or repayments made to or from the director in the year.

At 1 February 2024, the balance owed by the director was £4,825. During the year, £50,125 was advanced to the director, and £54,950 was repaid by the director. At 31 January 2025, the balance owed by the director was £nil.
