The company delivered training to 68 staff across two hospital trusts during this period which helps to build resilience of both individual personnel and the Trusts to deal with critical or major incidents.
Feedback from participants and faculty members is reviewed after each event and acted on where appropriate. It is also fed back to the training governing body.
