During the financial year that ends 31st March 2026 The Bush Farm collective CIC successfully obtained its first capitol and core funding from COF and NCIL which we used to begin the process of demolishing the condemned barn, and laying the foundations for its rebuild. The Bush Farm collective also hosted several community events at Bush Farm including tree planting days with local families and schools and community members and delivered several horse back outreach sessions into the community to promote Bush Farm and its up and coming programmes of conservation and nature education. The Bush Farm collective also held several open days for local funders to come and view the site and talk through the plans for 2026-28as well as the submission of several small and large grants to continue the development of the Bush Farm site.
During this financial year The Bush Farm collective held two community stakeholder consultations. Both of these stakeholder consultations were held at Bush Farm and feedback was gathered on topics such as the Barns re build, and community activities that Bus Farm will deliver. The information gathered has been collated by the Bush Farm team and is available on request. It will be used to influence decision making.
