Company activities and impact

We aim to support hard-to-reach, disengaged, and marginalised groups who face challenges in accessing employment and education. This includes vulnerable individuals such as ex-offenders, former armed forces personnel, LGBTQ+ people, and those experiencing poverty or homelessness. We also seek to reach children, young people, and adults who face everyday challenges, including deprivation, gang involvement, cultural barriers, substance misuse, domestic violence, and unstable housing. Our mission is centred on a “You Belong” ethos, bringing together community, culture, and creativity to foster inclusion and opportunity. We strive to support communities by providing essential services and resources that help remove barriers and reduce disadvantage. Our work will benefit people across the UK, with a particular focus on the West Midlands and inner-city Birmingham.
