Principal activities of the company

Kieran’s Kit Quest CIC is a Community Interest Company established to support charitable causes through fundraising initiatives linked to sport. The company’s principal activity is the sourcing, promotion, and distribution of signed sporting memorabilia, through auction, which is used to raise funds for charitable organisations. All funds generated through these activities are donated directly to charitable causes. The company operates on a not-for-profit basis, and no surplus is retained for private gain. Any income received is applied solely towards achieving the company’s community interest objectives. The company is committed to using sport as a platform to engage communities, raise awareness, and generate financial support for a range of charitable initiatives. Throughout the period, all activities undertaken were aligned with these objectives.
