These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Additional Disclosures
Comparative figures have been restated to reflect the presentation of revenue on a net basis, in line with FRS 102 Section 23 Revenue. The company acts as an agent in respect of rental income and therefore recognises only fees and commissions as turnover. This restatement reduces both turnover and cost of sales, with no impact on gross profit, profit for the year, or net assets.
