The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 9 (previous period: 6).
Additional Disclosures
For the current financial year the company has prepared its financial statements in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro‑entities Regime. In the prior year the financial statements were prepared in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A, Small Entities. The change in reporting framework represents a change in accounting policy. The directors consider the adoption of FRS 105 to be appropriate as the company meets the qualifying conditions for the micro‑entities regime and the reduced disclosure and measurement requirements provide a more proportionate reporting framework for the company. The transition to FRS 105 has not resulted in any material adjustments to the amounts previously reported under FRS 102 Section 1A.
