Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Digital Assets reclaimed from Lloyds Banking Group for (1.2676029503928E+26) to 1.2676029503928E+26. Formal Notice Issued for destruction of nxp chip and cd certificate held by Lloyds Banking Group issued 7th May 2026 with immediate effect.

Valuation information and policy
On the 7th May 2026 the Company gave formal notice to Lloyds Banking Group who held the Company's digital assets by way of CD for it to be return by system default. Therefore Lloyds Banking Group were under instruction to destroy the related NXP Computer Chip and Certificate and allow our system backup restore funds to us. Lloyds have been advised to account for their losses. The balance holds open at (1.2676029503928E+26) to 1.2676029503928E+26 this concludes our business with Lloyds Banking Group.
