During the financial year, Eli’s Haven CIC continued to provide educational support and tutoring services aimed at improving academic confidence, attainment, and future opportunities for children and young people within the community. The company delivered personalised tutoring sessions, learning support, and educational guidance tailored to individual learning needs. The company’s activities benefited the community by helping students improve their understanding across key subjects, increase confidence in learning, and access additional educational support outside of mainstream schooling. Eli’s Haven CIC also sought to make tutoring more accessible to families who may otherwise face barriers to obtaining private educational support. Through its community-focused approach, the company promoted educational development, personal growth, and equal access to learning opportunities, contributing positively to the wellbeing and future prospects of the individuals it supported.
During the financial year, the company consulted with stakeholders including students, parents and guardians, and members of the local community who benefited from the company’s educational support services. Consultation was carried out through informal discussions, direct feedback from tutoring sessions, regular communication with parents and service users, and ongoing engagement regarding educational needs and accessibility of support services. As a result of this feedback, the company continued to tailor its tutoring approach to individual learning needs, improve flexibility in the delivery of sessions, and focus on making educational support more accessible to members of the community who may otherwise face barriers to obtaining additional academic assistance.
