1. General Information

Fuchsia Holdco Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 15883818 . The registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX.

2. Accounting Policies

2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.

The financial statements have been prepared for the 17 month period ending 31 December 2025 in order to align with the year end for group reporting purposes.

2.2. Investments

Interests in subsidiaries are initially measured at cost and subsequently measured at cost less any accumulated impairment losses. The investments are assessed for impairment at each reporting date and any impairment losses or reversals of impairment losses are recognised immediately in the profit or loss.

6. Controlling Parties

The company's immediate parent undertaking is RSP Holdco Ltd .

The ultimate parent undertaking and that of the smallest and largest group for which group accounts are drawn up of which the company is a member is Rose Street Partners Ltd (incorporated in England & Wales). Its registered office is C/O Freeths Llp 3rd Floor, Northgate House, 450-500 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 2AD .

Copies of the group accounts may be obtained from the company's registered office.

7. FRC's Ethical Standard - Provision Available for Small Entities

In common with other businesses of our size and nature we use our auditors to prepare and submit returns to the tax authorities and assist with the preparation of the financial statements.

8. Audit Information

The auditor's report on the accounts of Fuchsia Holdco Limited for the period ended 31 December 2025 was unqualified.
