The sole director/shareholder has confirmed their intention to provide ongoing financial support to the company for the foreseeable future and has undertaken not to demand repayment of amounts due to them until the company is in a position to meet its liabilities as they fall due.

On this basis, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.
