2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the provisions of FRS105.

The accounts are prepared on a going concern basis as the director has confirmed their continued financial support for the company.

Other accounting policies
As at the balance sheet date, creditors more than one year were secured by a fixed charge over the assets of the company.
