2Off balance sheet arrangements
The Company is involved with ongoing 5 year agreement with Associate Professor Dr Christina G Yap, Physiology, Monash University, Malaysia, in ongoing research to explore possibility to use TRF Palm Oil Extract sourced from Malaysian Palm Oil Extract to help treat Kidney Disease and T2D Type 2 Diabetes. The research is successful and was presented at Diabetes UK Professional Conference, Liverpool, April 2026. We now proceed with a new to be agreed and funded Business Plan for this Health opportunity using copyright research owned by the Company and Director.
