3 Guarantees and other financial commitments
The company ceased trading on the 31st October 2025, therefore the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern which includes, where appropriate, writing down the company's assets to net realisable value.
Provision has also been made for corporation tax due for year ended 31st October 2025 and any contractual commitments that were onerous at the statement of financial position date.
The financial statements do not include any provision for any future taxes and the costs of terminating the business of the company except to the extent that such costs were committed at the statement of financial position date.

For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
